Our Baby is already 3yrs old <3

Emmas cake was choco-cake,as requested by our princess.. there were some cinnamonbuns,candies,cookies and sandwitchcake,yammy!!!

Princess got her first bike <3 There were also puzzless,few dresses,book,cd, and a fairy-doll (with matching "dress" and magic wand for a child too)..
All presents equally loved.

You want to see a face of a kid who knows she`s not supposed to eat sweets anymore?? And same time knows she wont be told off...

Time flies when you`re having fun...

Oh my..
It sure has been long time since my last entry,wow.. Well,better late than never I quess?
This one will be in english as it has been requested,so here we go my friends (lets see how many spelling mistakes I make this time..)

Let`s start with last Christmas.. We had lovely time at my parents,enjoying really nice food (we were told that my parents won`t cook our traditional dinner as my moms arm is pretty bad,yeah right..I most certainly felt very well fed indeed...) And ofcourse Princess had her fair share of presents,and for us parents dear mr. Santa gave whopping 1kg of Belgiums choko,Yammy ..

We also had x-mas dinner here at home with inlaws (and later on january bigger gathering with hubbys brothers+family) with some more pressies..

January 30th we went down south again, Hubby dearest went to hockey game with my dad and nephew (you know,boys night out...With one 9yrs old). Hubby is Tappara fan big time,and my dad and nephew are solid Jokerit-fans, so having Jokerit-Tappara game at helsinki was great fun for them.

 And on New years eve we went to hubbys bro (who lives near by) to celebrate New Year with some fireworks.. And yes,this was first time for Princes to see such a thing .. It was so exiting,yet scary due to loud sounds.. But man it was brilliant evening!!

I usually don`t post any pics of me,just don`t like my own face that much,but for this once ..

This year has been quite nice,so far..
Hubby dearest got 1.5yrs contract from his job,so it`s quite relief not having to worry about those short time contracts,and maybe on dec.2015 he will get his permanent job..

Our  dog,Derek passed away some time ago. We hoped to the end that he would pull thru and stay with us for some more years, but he was too tired to fight anymore.So on one beautiful winter day,while we were out,he fell asleep on his own warm bed and never woke up again. He had as beautiful death as anyone can wish for. rest in peace our loved one<3

This years highlights for our Princes ... Going to the Tappara-hockeygame for the first time!! It was fun,loud and fun (yes,mommy-dearest had candy to keep the kiddo seated,lol). But yes,our babygirl is definitely growing up to be hockey-fan! All she has to do is convince my dad to support Tappara instead of Jokerit (oh well,Jokerit are going to play in russia next year,so we might have grandad visiting us more often in hockey games..)

Another,maybe even bigger,highligh so far has been riding with Pony!! She is just Looovinh horses and talks about growing up so she can ride.. So when our local church had a ponyriding on fund-rising event we just had to go :D

And yes,she loved it!!
As you can see,we had some snow this year ;) But that snow is already long gone, I think USA stole our snow and Im rather bitter about that.. No fun in the snow for us this time..

This pic has been taken from the river that runs behind our home, we went for a walk there (when we had ice,but hey that too is long gone... Dear USA,could you please send our winter back,you don`t even know what to do with it)

I got a lovely handmade bag from my friend Beatriz and I surely would love to use it too,but quess what.. my Princess decided that She wants it, so mommy dearest cannot have it..Never mind it`s slightly big..


Thats about it,our lives goes its usual way, hubby working hard,Princess keeping me busy, me trying to loose huge amount of weight (this seems to be my forever-project or never ending story) and trying to find a job!!

Kesä,ihana kesä älä mee pois...

Miten musta tuntuu että talvi kestää aina ikuisuuden mut kesä vaan vilistää ohi pikakelauksella??

Kesä oli ihana,mun vika kesä kotona ja kyllä siitä nautittiinkin :) Kauhistuttaa jotenkin ajatus että ens kesänä mulla tuskin on yhtään lomaa ja mun pieni vaavini viettää pitkät kuumat kesäpäivät jossain hoidossa kun äiti painaa töitä (olettaen että äiti löytää töitä) jossain hikisessä kyökissä ..

Alla Prinsessan tyylinäyte parin päivän takaa.. Äiti päätti että laitetaan uudet verkkarit kauppareissulle.. Prinsessa päätti asusteet :D  Ja pakkohan se on sanoa että kyllä tyttö on tyylitajunsa perinyt Hesan mummilta ja tätskältä :P

Miten tässä nyt näin kävi??
Puoltoista kuukautta ilman postausta,huh..
Saako vedota kesän kiireisiin?? Tai sit siihen että kuumuus vähentää jo valmiiksi heikkoa aivokapasiteettia entisestään :D

Näistä on meidän kesä tehty..

Meidän vesipeto raahaa vanhuksensa uimaan jokaikinen päivä,satoi tai paistoi.. Parhaimpina päivinä uimassa käydään kahdesti,aamulla ja illalla .. Vesipeto on oppinut uimaan kellukkeiden kanssa oikeasti,on hurjaa katsoa kun typyskä pistää polkien monta metriä,jopa vasta-aallokkoon.. Tosin  silloin pitää olla jotain tavoittelun arvoista mihin uida (lue äiti joka vasta hilaa itseään veteen tytön ja isän mentyä jo aiemmin ). Veteen menokaan ei ole ongelma "ite ävelee" "ylmääää" ja vauhdilla vaan eteenpäin,tai hyppy laiturin päästä (kyllä äiti tai isi ottaa vastaan...).. Myös äitiä käytetään ponnahduslautana kiljuen kovaan ääneen Yppää,yppää,ite !

No,ei ainakaan tarvi pohtia miten lastaan viihdyttää ;)

Nyt tämä valas rantautuu omaan sänkyyn toivottaen kaikille kivaa kesän jatkoa!

Our Princess is 2 yrs old!!

I assume that my finnish friends and familymembers (well,most) do understand english so this one is for all my friends,both finnish and non-finnish speakers..

Emma had her 2yrs birthdayparty last saturday, she had a very lovely day with all her familymembers and godparents. Got plenty of gifts (how surprising..) and ate a LOT of cake and sweets.. And yes,as you may quess we had rather poorly kid at night crying her tommy ache.. I might say that we learner our lesson about sweets at once!

We were supposed to have Shaun the Sheep themed cake and I ordered handmade decorations from across the country,unfortunately post courier messed my plan up,decorations were supposed to be here on wednesday,but after all they came this monday,bit late I`d say..

These were so brilliant and Im quite upset about them arriving late.. So we had pink cake,girly and I quess it was cute enough.. I just tend to get very upsett when things wont go the way I planned them..

And yes,we got way too much food to eat :)

Em had crayons as a present and since saturday she has asked everyday that could she draw, and Im so happy that she enjoys it! gives me few moments of peace and quietnes ;)
And that kickbike,Loving it !!!  Altough,it`s not that practical to use it while wearing a dress :D

Among presents there were a Farm with farmer and animals,swimmingstuff, clothes.. Can`t wait next sunday when Em gets to wear her brand new Pink dress she got from Riitta,oh my..That dress is so amazing,You`ll see pic on fb ;)

And some might think that I don`t do Em`s hair..I do,every single day,that hair just has it own will and there is hardly anything I can do about it .. Can`t wait till her teens and agony about her hair :D

Em is starting to talk (finaly) and she is growing up so fast.. Mommys little baby aint baby no more.. Em loves to swim,wash dishes (after that mom just loves to wash floors,the water is there already anyways...), cook with mommy or Grandma,draw, watch birds and our dogs.. Making mess is fun everywhere ;)

Daddy and Grandad made sandbox for Em to play, and since we finaly have decent weather, we stay outdoors a lot..

Daddy is done with school!! So my dear hubby is now a practical nurse,working with disabled people (oh yes,he also has a job!!!) and me and Em we are soproud of him!! It hasn`t been easy road,quite few obstackles on a way,too many setbacks and missed opportunities but after all stress,sleeples nights and countless hours with homework (while also working) He did it <3
